Jnats on mono steel knifes

I use my Jnats also on mono steel knifes !
And they are very fast too compered to they fines


Here is little demo  how fast they are on my mono steel Sakai Takayuki carbon steel:
With my JNS1k and Ohira Renge only 2 stone sharpening
