14-02-2012 I will make Sharpening Class at Hotel Marienelyst in Helsingør.

With my Japanese business partner that visits me from 12-02-2012 to 19-02-2012.
We will tel a bit about Japanese Natural stones, kitchen knives from Sanjo and sharpening techniques both with synthetic and Natural stones, as well straight razor honing.

At same time i get also visit from my very good costumer and friend from US so:
