After my trip to Japan i found many new products that i will cary here are some that is already in my store.

Kitchen knifes:
I have chosen some of the best blacksmith in Sanjo, Niigata in Japan to make some knifes for me, all knifes will be custom made for me !  
As you know my background is as chef and over that time i have gotten my own favorits design, steels and geometry for the kitchen use :) 
They will arrive middle of next month !! So stay toned !

Tools:

Sometimes i repair my knifes, razors and love to work with wood, thought i am very bad at it :D 
But still i decided to cary some of the rarest tools from Sanjo, Niigata. 
They are all total handmade like the knifes, and makers are some of the best in Japan !!
Many of that tools will be on preorder, but i will also have some in stock.
Many of them is not even available outside of Japan.
